Vendor Registration Requirements

Submit accurate and complete contact details, including:

• Company Name
• Remittance Address
• Phone Number
• Fax Number
• Email Address
• Primary Contact Name
• Vendor Type (e.g., Maintenance, Supplies, etc.)

You will need to review and agree to the terms outlined in the RYSE MANAGEMENT, LLC Vendor Agreement as part of the registration process.

Provide the name and address for each of your company’s principals to facilitate a background screening, including OFAC Terrorist Watchlist Screening. This step ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

Certain vendor types require valid professional licenses. Please provide this information, if applicable, to your business operations.

Indicate which of RYSE MANAGEMENT, LLC’s properties you will service and/or supply products. This ensures proper alignment of your services with our portfolio needs.

Provide details about your insurance coverage, including:

• Insurance Company Name
• Policy Number
• Insurance Agent’s Phone, Fax, and Email

Our Customer Service Representatives will contact your insurance carrier directly to obtain the necessary insurance certificate. The certificate must include:

• Current General Liability
• Auto Insurance
• Workers’ Compensation Coverage
• Additional Insured Wording
• Endorsements and Waivers of Subrogation

Submit a completed W-9 form electronically. This is required for tax compliance and payment processing.

The annual registration fee varies depending on vendor type:

• Standard Vendors: $109.00 for on-site vendors
• Exempt Vendors (Do Not Visit Properties): $85.00 fee for off-site vendors

Payments can be made securely online using a credit card.
