Originally from Southern California, Amber is now a proud Texas transplant with deep roots in the Southwest region. Her career includes extensive marketing and operational leadership experience, overseeing Southern California and Southwest markets, where she successfully implemented market-driven leasing strategies, asset repositioning plans, and revenue growth initiatives.

Amber has held executive leadership roles at top NMHC firms, including RPM Living and FPI Management, where she led large-scale portfolios, developed market-leading operational strategies, and drove significant financial growth. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in portfolio turnarounds, revenue enhancement initiatives, and cost-saving strategies that directly impact bottom-line performance.

Recognized for her forward-thinking approach, Amber has positioned RYSE as a leader in boutique property management, offering clients a hands-on, tailored approach to operations. She is known for challenging industry norms, streamlining processes, and creating customized management solutions that prioritize financial success without sacrificing resident satisfaction.

Cortney’s career includes executive and senior leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, where she has overseen thousands of units, partnered with developers and owners, and helped shape best practices that strengthen both operations and financial outcomes. Her experience spans affordable and conventional housing, compliance, asset management, and cross-functional leadership, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build strong communities and strong teams.

Known for her dedication, high standards, and collaborative approach, Cortney is passionate about empowering people, building future leaders, and creating results that make a lasting impact.

Prior to joining RYSE, Lauren held leadership roles with FPI Management and RPM Living, where she oversaw portfolio performance, operational execution, and team development across diverse multifamily communities. Her firsthand experience in onsite and regional operations gives her a unique perspective on the challenges teams face, allowing her to design solutions that are both innovative and operationally sound.

At RYSE, Lauren drives company-wide initiatives focused on process optimization, platform integration, and data-informed decision making. She plays a key role in evaluating and implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, and aligning cross-functional teams to support scalable growth. Known for her ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies, Lauren is passionate about building systems that empower people to perform at their best.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Communications with a minor in Professional Coaching from Texas State University. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking innovation, helping position RYSE at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.

With experience spanning multifamily property management, public sector, and nonprofit organizations, Zelena brings a well-rounded approach to building effective HR functions that support both operational excellence and employee experience. She oversees talent strategy, performance and engagement, leadership development, and compliance, while empowering her team to drive initiatives that strengthen culture and business outcomes. Zelena holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and maintains advanced HR certifications.

Prior to joining RYSE, Cedric held senior treasury leadership roles with RPM Living, one of the nation's largest multifamily management companies. There, he oversaw treasury operations supporting more than 800 properties and 3,200 bank accounts, managed relationships with over 111 financial institutions, and led a team of professionals across four U.S. time zones. He also played a key role in the successful transition of approximately 30 property acquisitions and dispositions each month, leading treasury and banking integrations while ensuring operational continuity across a rapidly expanding portfolio. 
 

Through strategic negotiations with banking partners, Cedric eliminated more than $1 million in annual banking fees and secured enhanced deposit rates that generated more than $3 million in annual interest income. Under his leadership, treasury evolved from a traditional support function into a high-value profit center that became a key contributor to the foundation of the company's financial success.
 

Earlier in his career, Cedric served as Accounting Manager and Accounts Payable Manager with GVA Property Management and as Finance Manager with TIER REIT, where he developed extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, financial reporting, cash forecasting, investment management, and operational accounting. His ability to align financial strategy with business operations has allowed him to successfully support complex real estate organizations throughout his career.
 

Cedric's foundation in financial services began within the credit union industry, holding accounting positions with Capital Credit Union and Doches Credit Union. He later joined Sun City Community Association, where he spent more than four years supporting the financial operations of one of Texas' premier active adult communities. These experiences provided valuable expertise in banking, community association management, and property management accounting that continues to shape his leadership approach today.
 

Cedric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Tyler. Known for his collaborative leadership style, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement, he is passionate about building strong financial partnerships, developing scalable processes, and creating solutions that support long-term organizational success
